According to the needs of Tianjin’s epidemic prevention and control situation, Binhai New Area organizes a 2-to-3-day large-scale testing for all residents.

November 21

The weather forecast says there will be bad weather, but more than 2 million residents in Binhai New Area leave their warm home early and come to testing sites for Covid-19 tests.

Everything in the community is well-organized. As residents comments, “Test for all, safety for all.”

The rain keeps falling, but nobody is bothered by this, as the testing is underway in an orderly manner.

Walking on the streets and communities in Binhai New Area, you can see lines of people with colorful umbrellas.

On the TEDA Second Stadium in Binhai New Area, 17 detection booths are set up. And By 11 am, a couple of hours after the beginning, 5000 people have been tested.

Throat swab culture

Normally, extending the cotton swab deep into a testee’s mouth fast and accurately is not difficult, but, with this cold snowy wind, the outdoor operation is much more difficult than usual.

The collection is completed in about 5 seconds.

Tianjin is now in its early winter. The temperature has dropped sharply and brings rain and snow.

This freezing cold air makes the testing more difficult, and doctors and cannot feel their hands.

A doctor stretches hands to help blood circulation in the hands and fingers.

And many of them almost stayed up all night in the cold wind so that the testing can be done efficiently and effectively.

Medical staff in various hospitals came to Binhai to support, some of them are medical team members who assisted Hubei.

They responded overnight and set off immediately, which means no sleep for the whole night.

There are 7409 of them fighting on the front line, 9 third-party testing agencies cooperating with 6792 officials and numerous volunteers from communities and villages.

Currently, since the launch of “Bincheng Screen” in Tianjin Binhai New Area,

2.245 million people have completed the Covid-19 testing from across 2282 testing sites since yesterday.

(Now in the northern hemisphere, winter is on the way, which is believed to make the fight against covid-19 more critical.

Please stay safe everyone!)

(It is so said that western media are so double standard and try to distort the truth and they make it since many of their readers never being to China and believe whatever is written.

There is little reporting on Chinese people’s efforts in fighting the virus.)
